One Magical Seat™ is a South Carolina Nonprofit dedicated to making joy, creativity, and healing accessible to every child, one seat at a time. Our mission is to gift transformational experiences to children who may not otherwise have access due to financial hardship, family trauma, or unexpected life changes.

Whether it’s a spot in an art class, a seat at a live orchestra, or participation in a mindfulness-based activity like jiu-jitsu, One Magical Seat™ creates space for a child to imagine, grow, and feel supported. These aren’t just “tickets, they’re moments of hope, healing, and discovery.

Thanks to generous sponsors, supporters, and partnerships, we are able to provide:

• Sponsored seats to community arts events

• Access to hands-on S.T.E.A.M. and mindfulness workshops

• Creative retreats and enrichment programs for kids

• Emotional support through confidence-building opportunities

We believe that one seat can make a magical difference, and now, with your help, we can make that magic happen on an even larger scale.

This initiative is fueled by product sales and in-kind donations, allowing us to cover costs such as event access, art supplies, instructors, transportation, and keepsake gifts for every child.

Diva Kiddie is thrilled to announce our partnership with The Village Studio and Art Gallery in Charlotte, NC, to bring exciting, art-filled program, “Come Play With Canvas & Clay. Together, we are crafting week-long experiences designed to spark creativity, boost confidence, and foster mindfulness through activities such as pottery, painting, and more.

This collaboration aligns perfectly with Diva Kiddie’s mission to empower young girls to embrace their individuality and explore their artistic potential. By providing fun and engaging opportunities to connect with the arts, we hope to inspire the next generation of confident, creative thinkers.

Art With Heart invites children, families, and community members to come together to create murals that celebrate mindfulness, kindness, and imagination. Each collaborative artwork tells a story of unity, showing that when we create together, we grow together.

Through painting, participants explore emotional expression, teamwork, and creative confidence. The finished murals become lasting symbols of community connection and positive impact, displayed in schools, public spaces, and partner venues across the region.

This program aligns with One Magical Seat’s mission to nurture emotional intelligence and creativity through mindful arts initiatives that inspire joy, belonging, and purpose.

Seats of Creativity: A mindful art experience and fundraising initiative where participants paint “One Magical Seat” to celebrate creativity and community. Each finished seat becomes a symbol of imagination and belonging and is then auctioned or sponsored to help fund youth mindfulness and art programs.

This recurring hands-on art and mindfulness program, where participants design and paint chairs or stools, each representing “One Magical Seat.”

The process encourages:

• Mindful creativity: slowing down, being present, and expressing emotions through art.

• Community connection: families, children, and artists work side by side.

• Empowerment: Every finished chair symbolizes a seat of confidence, belonging, and imagination.

Diva Kiddie Confidence Workshops: Where Fashion Meets Mindfulness

Confidence isn’t just taught, it’s experienced.

The Diva Kiddie Confidence Workshops use fashion as a foundation for empowerment, blending creativity, self-expression, and teamwork to help children discover their inner sparkle.

Through activities like runway exercises, team-building games, wearable art design, and photography sessions, participants learn to move with confidence, communicate with authenticity, and celebrate their individuality.

Each session is infused with mindfulness, positive affirmations, and emotional awareness, encouraging every child to see themselves as unique, capable, and radiant.

These workshops embody the mission of One Magical Seat by nurturing self-esteem through creativity, mindfulness, and community collaboration.

The Power of Music: Partnering with The Charlotte Civic Orchestra”

Through our partnership with The Charlotte Civic Orchestra, we aim to introduce children to the beauty and benefits of classical music. With post-concert meet-and-greet sessions, we create opportunities for kids to experience the magic of music up close, fostering emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and creativity.
